Hulk Labour Hire Services was formed in 2015. Even though the labour market was crowded, there appeared to be a lack of customer service, reliability, and accountability. Hulk therefore built itself and its reputation on three pillars: punctuality, courtesy, and effort. Simply put, if the client is not happy, neither are we.
We work with Tier 2 medium-to-large commercial builders across Victoria — the kind of projects where administrative efficiency, safe systems of work, and reliable crews matter more than the cheapest rate.

Every worker inducted, White Card verified, and briefed on site-specific hazards before starting work.

Active consultation with host builders on SWMS, toolbox talks and incident reporting — we work to your systems, not around them.
